Putting on the BrightStart™ Workshop takes many people giving a modest amount of their time and energy.  It is a great way to help provide young families in our community with the skills and tools they need to give their babies and toddlers a bright start.  This email address is being protected from spambots. Each Saturday Serving Team is composed of people who each have very clear and specific responsibilities related to the workshop.  Some of the tasks include:

Set Up & Breakfast Serving Team

This team of 4 people works from 8:00am to 10:00am each Saturday of the workshop.  They move our workshop equipment and furnishings out of storage prior the workshop at the Spruce Street Firehouse.  They work together to set-up and serve a simple continental breakfast for our guests and volunteers.

Lunch Prep Team

This team is composed of 2-3 people who work together to prepare lunch in the kitchen at Trinity Covenant Church 302 Hackmatack Street, Manchester,  CT from 9 to 11 am.

Lunch Serving & Take Down Team

This team of 4 people works together from 11:00am to 1:00pm to serve and clean-up after lunch and then pack and move our workshop equipment and furnishings into storage after the workshop.
