When you submit yor information you will receive a confirmation email. You must confirm your emal to complete the enrollment process. BrightStart is offered free of charge. Families receive a children's book or toy each week as well as free diapers every week. We do our best to serve as many families as possible, but enrollment is limited by the number of children participating in the Learn and Grow Program.
